Joint partners Alan Crowshaw and Peter Walker founded Breasley Pillows Ltd. in 1973. Over 30 years later, Breasley Foam is now one of the most respected and successful companies in the business.

Breasley boasts two factories in the North of Derbyshire, maintained by around 200 experienced employees. Our in house transport facility allows us flexible and prompt delivery anywhere in the country,
supplying a whole range of products from furniture through to packaging.

We supply very high quality foam fillings for many of the country's largest furniture and caravan companies. We pack and label to our customers own specifications and operate very fast and efficient deliveries for both small and large production runs. With our emphasis on service, our customers have come to expect not only a high quality product but also a top quality service.

Due to our advanced technology and machinery we can produce very intricate and complicated products. Our customers can send to us via e-mail industry standard drawing exchange files (DXF) and we can reproduce exactly the customers' design. Or, a template can be sent to us and our design technicians can create digitally the exact specifications required.

Memory foam was developed by NASA for use in the space shuttle to reduce the G-force pressure on the astronauts during lift off and re-entry. The foam distributes the pressure evenly over the body reducing back problems and sores. Breasley can produce and deliver memory foam for seating and bedding. We also have sterilization facilities to make sure our products are suitable for the medical environment.
