We design, market and distribute professional landscape and building products.

Established 18 years ago TDP is at the forefront of fabric technology for the landscape and construction market. From solving problems as diverse as maintaining a weed free garden, stabilising a car park, protecting mortar from frost, preventing floor screeds from cracking to covering a roof we have a product just right for the job.

Our extensive, brand leading product range includes: DuPont™ Plantex® landscape fabric, TDP115 geotextile, DuPont™ GroundGrid™, Mortar Fleece, concrete & screed fibres and breathable roof membranes. All are rigorously tested in laboratory and field conditions. Constant development of existing products and the introduction of new products is part of the reason for TDP's success to date.

Landscape Fabrics

Landscape and weed control fabrics including DuPont Plantex
the professional choice for weed control
Plantex - The original weed control fabric used by professional and home gardeners alike. The unique porous structure allows for maximum throughput of water, air and nutrients. When covered with a layer of mulch, Plantex effectively suppresses weeds.

TDP50 - TDP50 landscape fabric is an economy weed control fabric that is designed for perhaps the smaller garden or for situations requiring less demanding control than that of Plantex.
Geo Textiles

TDP115 Geotextile - TDP115 is a strong, non woven, flexible geotextile made from polypropylene fibres. It is designed to allow water through whilst separating and stabilising construction layers. It can be used to separate layers for driveways, temporary roads, ground drains and site access.
Roofing Products

TDP supplies a range of tile underlays certified either to BRE or BBA standards. TDP's breather membranes are designed to meet the needs of the latest specifications for roofing structures whilst TDP6F is a high specification and lightweight alternative to traditional roofing felts.

Drainage and Root Control

1B1 Drainage Composite - Terram 1B1 is a drainage composite that allows water and condensation to drain away from brick, concrete and other material based retaining walls and foundations. The product can be used for landscaping projects, housing and building construction and sub-terrain drainage applications.

Rootguard - Rootguard plus is a non-woven geotextile barrier to the most vigorous of tree root growth and foundation penetration.



Site Preparation

Rootout - Rootout is a general purpose herbicide that kills virtually all living plant tissue as well as its roots. Pets and children do not need to be excluded from the treated area.. Rootout hydrolyses in the soil to sulphate of ammonia, which acts as a fertilizer for subsequent plantings.

Plant Protection

GroPax - Exciting new development for plant handling. Plants and bulbs are planted in the GroPax bags and then put into the soil. The GroPax bag provides protection against soil borne pests and weeds. It also ensures minimum rootball disturbance.

Garden Fleece - A lightweight polypropylene cover to keep our frost and encourage early growth. Garden Fleece also protects from insects, air borne pests and birds.

Hydromat - The most superior capillary matting available today for the home gardener. Keeps your plants moist while you are away.

Windbreak/shade Netting - Windbreak is an ideal product for protecting plants, shrubs and saplings against drying cold winds and can prevent early bud drop on sensitive plants. It can also be used in the greenhouse or garden to prevent strong sunlight damaging seedlings and tender crops.

Construction Protection

TDP Mortar Fleece - TDP mortar fleece has been designed to act as a barrier against frost, heavy rain and also strong sunlight which can dry the mortar mix prematurely. The porous and air permeability of the fabric provides a stabalised climate for optimum mortar curing conditions.

FenceNet - TDP FenceNet is an ideal product for making boundaries, providing protection against the wind and strong sunlight. It is easy to erect being lightweight but strong and having knitted eyelets along the length.
